Terms and conditions

All bids are binding offers. Buyer premiums, sales tax, payment deadlines, pickup windows, and lot-specific details are displayed before bidding.

Winning bidders are responsible for reviewing photos, descriptions, pickup notes, and auction-specific terms before placing a bid.

By registering for an auction that requires a card on file, you authorize Lucky Finds to charge that saved card after the full auction closes for any lots you win, including hammer prices, the buyer premium, applicable Virginia sales tax based on the auction tax setting, and any other auction-specific charges disclosed in the auction terms.

Unless a lot or bidder is tax exempt, invoices apply the auction buyer premium, currently 15% unless changed for that auction, and the sales tax percentage configured by the auction administrator for the applicable Virginia locality and item type.

Lucky Finds may suspend bidding privileges for unpaid invoices, unsafe pickup behavior, or suspected abuse.
